We recently got a lot of snow, at least 15 inches. My dolls got so excited and wanted to go out and play!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was a cold snowy morning and Abbey got up and started her day. She walked by the window and was so shocked to see a white wintery world!
She looked with amazment, and she couldn't wait to tell her friends!
"Hey everyone, it snowed!" Abbey shouted.
Kit, Elizabeth, Addy, Mia, Molly, along with Abbey looked out the window at the wonderful snow.
Everyone got ready to go outside and play in the snow. They also invited Julie to play with them, so they were waiting for her arrival.
Once she was there the fun began!
First Addy, Abbey, Molly, and Julie went sledding.
"Woo-hoo!" Julie shouted as she went fast down the hill.
They also had races with each other.
Who won? Well, it was a tie. :)
While Addy, Abbey, Molly, and Julie were sledding, Kit and Elizabeth made a Snowman!
"Were almost done," Kit said excitedly. "We just have to put this arm on, and then the hat and scarf."
"There we go,"Kit said, "What should we name him Elizabeth?"
"Hmmm...how about...Sam the Snowy Snowman."
"That's Cute, and he does look like a Sam." Kit said and giggled.
Also, Mia went ice skating! She was so happy to get back to practicing her twirls.
"Wow, what a wonderful day to ice skate!" Mia exclaimed.
She had a fun time and got a lot of practicing in.
Also, what's a day out in the snow without some...
Hot chocolate! :)
That's so cool! Great job!
It looks like they had fun.
I still take my dolls in the real snow, but you did a good job with the photography. When I first saw the pictures, I thought they were really outside, but now I see what you did.
Melissa,
My sister is 3 years younger than me, though she is taller than me, which makes her look older. :)
Oh wow!
There were a couple pics which I thought looked photoshopped, but the majority of them I would have never guessed!!
You even got the lighting right so it looked like they were really in the bright white snow.
Great job! :D
Wow! These pictures look so real! I'm just wondering if you have ever sent a doll to the hospital? If so, how did that experience go?
I sent my doll Felicity to the doll hospital. I picked her up one day and her arm was falling out. It took a few weeks to get her back, but when she did she came back with a gown, balloon, certificate, and a bracelet. I think AG did a wonderful job fixing her up!:)
Anne it's good to hear that your hospital experience went well. I sent my Mia doll in because her head was loose when I received her. Customer Service said it would be fixed for free. Well she came back in worse condition than we sent her in with! Her neck was not touched and her legs are super loose! Last hospital experience for me!
Posted by: Quinlyn | February 07, 2009 at 10:40 PM
Well I just got her back Wednesday so I am debating whether or not to send her back to hospital. They would fix it for free but I don't want to wait another 3 weeks!
Hey Liz on your "Coming Soon" part of your website it says you are going to post how to tighten limbs without restringing. When will you post that because my doll got back from the hospital with very loose limbs.
