I have to agree with some the people who commented. It looks like Dorothy, from the Wizard of Oz. Maybe you got a Dorothy doll from a shop? or maybe a Dorothy dress from a shop?

Hey Liz, I think I changed my mind about the clue. I think I agree with all of the other girls. I think it has something to do with the Wizard of Oz. 1. She has a blue dress 2. She has red shoes and 3. She has a basket. She’s dressed as Dorothy!

P.S. That dress is from Kit's School Dress set. Just to let everyone know.
