Today we thought it would be fun to show you how to make a cookie (either chocolate chip or rainbow) out of polymer clay for your American Girl doll!
Here are the ingredients:
- Ball of Tan Clay
- Brown Clay to be small chocolate chips
- Other clay colors, if you want rainbow chips
- Tan/Brown chalk pastels (optional)
- A plastic knife (we use an x-acto knife, but plastic is safer)
- Ball of alumium foil
Below is a video tutorial Hope made to show you how to make your doll cookie:
After you've made your cookie, follow the instructions on your clay package to bake, and then you're done! If you don't have clay, we've heard that play-doh works great too! :)
We love to make these and our dolls love them!
If you make some be sure to send us a picture at email@americangirlfan.com, we'd love to see it! :)

I made my doll some cupcakes and stuff out of Crayola's white air dry clay (I forgot the exact name) a month or two ago. I still haven't finished coloring them yet though, they can be colored on with permanent marker!
