Lots of dolls were busy this week! I loved seeing all of the pictures sent in, and I can't wait to share them all with you! Take a look...
Alexis' doll Bella is happily enjoying the great, beautiful outdoors!
AGlover's doll McKenna is showing off her new hairstyle--the Double Top Braids!
Alanna's doll Rebecca went on a field trip and wrote about it in her journal.
Brooke's doll McKenna loves the Double Top Braid hairstyle too!!
It looks so pretty on her!
From Sarah and her doll Abbie--It was cold but I went to the United Nations Headquarters today. Abbie is wearing a blue beret like peacekeeping forces. She went shopping and here she is with all her things......I told her not to spend a lot of money. Grrr. She has wooden shoes from the Netherlands, klompens, a bracelet, and a hello sticker book. We also passed by Grand Central for some treats, a baby cherry pie, French macaroons and bat cookies!
Amelia's doll placemats! They are cup-holders her great-grand mother made and she uses them as doll placemats. They are the perfect size!
Janna's doll Maggie is trying on fun fall styles and hairdos!
She looks so happy! :)
Lydia made me this picture collage of her dolls as a website award, how sweet!
AGluver132 had the opportunity to go to the USS Constitution Museum for the Caroline Abbott event!! She made a slideshow video with pictures of the fun time she had. She even got to meet Kathleen Ernst, the author of the Caroline books! You can watch the video above! :)
Thanks girls for sharing with us!
I just love to see what you and your doll(s) are up to! Would you like to join in on "From a Friend Friday" for next week? Here's how you can:
-Send a picture of your doll(s),
crafts, hairstyles, fun finds, ect. to email@americangirlfan.com (It
must be a picture you or a friend/family member has taken.)
-Be sure to include your name (or nickname) and the names of the doll(s) in your picture. You can include a description for your picture if you want to as well.
Hope you all enjoy your weekend!

Thanks Liz!

Amelia Rose:
LOL! Well your mom has to perfect the basics first! Like chain, single crochet, double crochet etc.! Whoa! It sounds so wierd naming the stitches like that! LOL! I normally just say dc or double for double crochet and single for single crochet! Anyways it could take a really long time! Unless you guys are gonna be learning together then thats different! LOL! But no matter what you do I hope you enjoy learning it!

P.S. (have you marked the date on your calendar for my craft fair yet???)

Jaclynn: Me and my mom are both going to learn from my neighbor. Well, my mom USED to know, but she says she preferred sports so didn't learn much.
I've been hoping to go but I'm not sure yet, I'd probably not be going on the 1st day(23rd) because we're celebrating Thanksgiving with an uncle. But the other 2days I'm not sure. Rebekah(who commented on the Guestbook) thinks she wants to go, too. We're hoping we can go. It is a craft fair, right? We're hoping to get other things there, too.

Brooke: What is SO cool is that McKenna's name is McKenna Brooks...and yours is Brooke. Funny and Cool!

Jaclynn: Ughh...I'm learning to crochet right now and I'm doing WikiHow because my mom wants me to learn online if we can't learn from the neighbor right away. Online video's and tutorials are SO confusing!
My mom plans on having our neighbor teach me soon, I HOPE!!!!!!!

Jaclynn: I saw your facebook page! Nice pictures, and your Grandma. Kirsten's crown looks SO cute, especially in Felicity's dress! The hat looks SO terribly CUTE! (Not 'terrible' 'terribly cute' which is what I call something extremely adorable!)

Amelia Rose: Oh! OK! I thought your mom was going to teach you and she was gonna learn from your neighbor!
Oooooh! Well its also on December 1st and 2nd if you can't come to any of the November ones! Yes, it's a craft fair! And they have food there too! So for breakfast they have donuts, and coffee, and breakfast burritos I think? LOL! And for lunch and for the rest of the day they have burgers, hotdogs, pretzels etc.! And its a BIG place! There's inside and outside shopping! It's awesome! That'd be cool if your friend could come too!

Jaclynn: Well, actually, I don't really like donuts or hot dogs or burgers, I'm a VERY picky eater, but I'm fine with burritos. Not to mention I don't eat that much because I have a small stomach.
I think we MIGHT make it in November. Me and Rebekah are hoping to have a sleepover so we can go!
