So many of my friends on the MB are getting hit by that horrible Hurricane! I Hate hurricane Sandy! :( I am praying for you all!
I HOPE I WIN! No offense, had to let it out :)

Liz: You get hurricanes??? We don't so we're safe but it's kinda hot over here! Probably like 87 or so degrees.
For those of you who do have hurricanes- keep safe! I'll say a prayer for you all!

Jaclynn-No, we don't get hurricanes but are getting the winds carried by them. Hurricane Sandy is near the east coast by New York and New Jersey. I've seen on the news that the waves are huge! We do get Tornados on occasion though. This past year in March our area got hit by a massive Tornado. Our house didn't get hurt, but a few miles away some houses were gone and damaged. I hope we don't get another Tornado for a long while. :)

I'm right near hurricane sandy and i know what you all are in.I don't get tornadoes though.My town is canceling their trick or treat until Nov.3,sadly.One of my friends lives in Boston and is getting hit probably right now,my antenna is not running strong,I hope Sandy is overwith and done by my Trick or treat.I felt really sorry for her.The weather said in my town that winds are supposed to go up to 40 mph.
God bless everyone who is in the hurricane,On the states the have it,On everyone who has major weather problems right now and i will keep you all in my prayers!

Everyone who has commented: Madcat, I saw all that. So sad. I know it is bad of me, but I actually wish I were there. I talked on the MB with some people going through it RIGHT THEN...One, Dakota, says she is thinking like me, she wishes it gets worse, though she knows she shouldn't. I just can't help it! I don't live anywhere near it...but I have seen pictures of Sandy...BOY, THAT IS BIG! I am going to pray that it is under control, but even here in SoCal I've felt MAJOR winds!

About the winds that IS fast but my mom has a friend out in the hurricane area and said it was like 80mph over there! Hopefully it doesn't get like that for you!

WOW!I feel so sorry for your moms friend.I felt nervous in school because i thought we were having early dismissal.It snowed until the end of my reading class.Then it rained.Weather does not like me today.This mornig when i walked to the bus stop,there was ice on some sections of the sidewalk.
My trick or treating was supposed to be tonight,but now it is moved to Nov.3 due to weather.GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About the hurricanes: Here where I live(in Florida) has suprisingly not given us much rain and storms, though the temperature has dropped and it's been a little windy. I'm sooooooooooooooo sorry for allo f you who are getting the hurricane and it's aftermath! :(

I am only a few hours aweay from the hurricane.Where i live(Ohio):I guess it gets cold in fall some years.
