Happy October! I can't believe Fall is here...and along with it comes Fall fashions!
I recently came in contact with Jessie from the SylvieandBruno Etsy Shop who makes high quality 'couture' doll clothes for 18 inch dolls like American Girl. She says she's inspired by everything from vintage to high fashion to punk rock and all of her outfits are hand-sewn!
Jessie has generously donated one of her gorgeous outfits to give away to one of you too! But, first let me show you how pretty this dress is and all the details in a review. (Keep reading to find out how to enter the giveaway!)
This dress is made out of soft dark black/green fabric complete with puff sleeves, layered pleats, and pockets! (I paired the dress with some basic black AG shoes to keep Felicity's feet warm--but they weren't included.)
Here's a little bit about the dress from Jessie: "I wanted to create something that would combine a fun, girly style with the versatility of a basic black dress. I used parts of a Heritage Doll Clothing Pattern, modifying it into a swingy babydoll shape. The fabric is cotton, and the dress was made with 100% hand-stitching."
The dress also snaps in the back--no snagging velcro!
I love this dress so much, and it is looks amazing on Felicity. I'm sure all dolls would look ready for anything in this SylvieandBruno one-of-a-kind dress. I recommend all of their fashions, they are chic and stylish!

Hi Liz, I would love to enter to win this dress! I have permission. I've long admired the SylvieandBruno Etsy shop, although I haven't purchased anything yet. I think this giveaway dress is my favorite of everything the seller has made! I love the style of the dress, and the navy blue fabric is so pretty. I'd wear that dress in a heartbeat, if I knew it'd fit me. (I'd settle for one of my dolls wearing it, however!) I also really like the "with a cherry on top" shirt that she is selling in her shop. The scooped neckline with the lace edging makes the shirt look so elegant! :)

Amelia-
I have an Etsy Shop and although it says there is only one in stock its not exactly true. Since its a handmade item when somebody orders it it won't show in her shop anymore so she will relist it and it will still say there is only one in stock. They are made to order like my crocheted things. So she puts it up to show people waht she has made, someone orders it, it goes away, she relists it, and it starts all over! I hope this makes sense to you! Sometimes I'm not good at describing things. LOL!
