Saige's ring has to be my favorite accessory American Girl has ever made! It is just so unique and adorable! I love how the blue matches almost everything she wears too. But, I kinda have a confession to make...I've misplaced it nearly six times. Usually, I find that it has fallen on the floor while dressing her or doing her hair.
Today was slightly different. I didn't realize until this afternoon that her ring was not on her finger! I was like...uh oh. Looking back on it now, I feel kind of silly, like I was in Lord of the Rings...where is the Ring?! Or that I was at a wedding looking for a missing ring. But instead of panicking, I used my detective work. I thought back to the last time I held Saige...during a photoshoot outside!
I peeked out the window where I last posed her and thought I saw a faint glimmer of silver. So, I zoomed in with my camera. Yes, the ring was in my yard...and had been there all night. Was I thankful I found it!!!
From now on, I'm going to put her ring in my jewelry box until I want her to wear it with an outfit. If you get Saige or have Saige, keep an eye on her ring! It's a special accessory but can be easily misplaced. I know my Saige wants to keep hers for a very long time! :)

Yes, I've misplaced Josefina's moccasin once. It was under a tray. LOL. And I misplaced both Cecile's shoes........they were in a basket behind my brother's bed. He wanted to play hide-and-seek with Cecile's shoes, I guess! HEHEHE!

Ugh, I know how that is! So frustrating! I always lose Kit's hairclip -- that little thing is so easy to lose! But then I do some detective work, like you said Liz, and I always find it. (:

I misplaced Marie-Graces' fan for MONTHS!!! I didn't even know I had it, I thought it wasn't included in her accesories when I got her. Then one day my mom was cleaning stuff out or listing on ebay- I don't know which, but she came in my room and gave me the fan! I was SO shocked! It was in a Webkinz carrier! LOLOL! The places that I put things!
OH MY GOSH!!!! You like Lord of the Rings!?!?!? I LOOOOVE it!!!!! I watched Fellowship for my first time the night before Christmas Eve! And Two Towers I watched like a week ago. I've probably watched Fellowship 6 times, and Two Towers I know I've watched twice. I have to watch it a total of 3 times before I see Return of the King so that I'm on track with everything ;)

Ugh...I'm with you with the ring! I lose it all the time, *sadly* have a slight panic attack, go and look for the ring, and then I find it. The story of my life, LOL! So many AG things I have misplaced (but I have found all of them, thankfully) AG doll hair pick, Saige's ring, Kit's clip, Kanani's necklace, an AG sock (I know, right?!?!) and much, MUCH more...the list could go on FOREVER. It wasn't luck that found Saige's ring, it was your awesomeness. :)

When I got Nellie, my first AG doll, I lost her hat! I was playing with her, when I noticed that her hat was missing! I have never found her hat, it just disappeared one day!

I have misplaced Julie's necklace that come with her accessories, but you have done better than I have. You misplaced the ring six times and found it every time. I have misplaced the necklace once and haven't found it yet! It's probably in my doll house somewhere. I'm going to go look right now!

I lose doll things all the time. I lost the sandals from the Ruffled Hoodie outfit and months later I found them in the doll carrier, along with the bracelet from Lanie's Garden Outfit. :p

Actually, I've misplaced Kanani's flower hair clip a LOT of times and unexpectedly find it without meaning too but this time I just can't find it and it made me so sad... I lose a LOT of stuff... especially small things :D

While I was in the hospital about 5 years ago I lost Jess's sandal that come with her original outfit. I was so upset and never found it. With Saige I did not realize that her ring came with her... I though it cam with her accessories until the next day when I saw people posting about it coming with her.
