I love making Easter sweets & treats for my dolls and this year, I made Easter Chick Cookies! They would be great to include with your doll's Easter basket. I have a free pattern you can use too, let's get started!
The supplies you need are:
- Craft Foam (Tan, Yellow, White, Orange)
- Puffy Paint or Regular Paint (White, Black, Yellow)
- Stick Glue
- Scissors
- Easter Cookie Pattern
Click the link or picture above to print it out. (Be sure to download and print at “Actual Size” from a PDF reader like Adobe Reader. If you save & print directly from your browser, it might not print at the right size.)
1. Cut out both egg patterns, there will be a larger one and a smaller one. You'll need to use both for the craft. Cut the tan egg with the larger pattern. Then, cut a yellow and white egg with the smaller pattern. 3. Cut zig zags down the middle of the white egg to make the egg shell. Glue the foam shapes together. Cut out an orange triangle to be the beak. 4. With the puffy paint, make two black eyes and trace around the egg shell and chick with the white and yellow paint to be the icing. And, you're done!
Now your doll has some adorable and yummy cookies!! :)
Clara is so excited for Easter and all of her treats!!
