I stopped by DollDiaries.com, and was so excited to hear that McKenna Shoots for the Stars movie trailer is now out! The American Girl movie is scheduled to premiere on NBC on July 14, 2012 right before the Summer Olympics (where you can watch real gymnastics!) It will be available to buy on DVD too on July 3rd.
Now, you've gotta watch the adorable movie trailer from the Universal Studios Entertainment Youtube...
I think it looks awesome, I can't wait to see it! What do you think? :)

On my Message Board, my awesome friend Liddy found a BIG announcement...the release date of the American Girl of the Year McKenna Movie!!
It was found on Ysa Penarejo's facebook page, a girl who plays one of the roles in the movie. On her page, she announces the event...
"Last summer I was fortunate to be a part of the American Girl movie project and received news today that it will air on NBC - Walmart/P&G Saturday Night Movie on July 14 at 8pm! It will air before the commencement of the summer Olympics on the network which will carry the event. Yay!"
Wow, the American Girl movie is going to be on NBC-a local network! How cool that it will be before the Summer Olympics too! According to the American Girl website, McKenna's movie will also be available to buy on DVD.
Are you excited about the movie? I can't wait!! :D

It's been really gloomy and rainy here, so I've been having my own American Girl Movie Marathon! :)
I got the Felicity Deluxe Edition
Samantha, Molly, and Felicity have enjoyed watching their movies too! hehe The next one I need to watch again is the Kit Movie
