Addy Loves Gardening!

"Hey ya'll, it's Addy! Spring is here so you know what that means. Sunshine, yes! Baby animals, yes! Flipflops and new clothes, yes! Green grass, yes! One step closer to Summer, yes! But what I'm talking about is..."

"Gardening season!! So far I've been planting tomatoes, greenbeans, carrots, and radishes..."

"Have you ever had a garden before? I absolutely LOVE being able to pick vegetables that I grew all by myself! My friends like to plant flowers too, but I kinda like to be able to eat what I grow. haha."

"It's just so much fun!"

"Well, it's been nice chatting, but I should really get back to work! I hope you can find some time to get outside and grow something of your own too!"

Cecile's Snowy Day!

Her boots crunched under the snow that had covered the neighborhood overnight. Cecile was on her way to singing lessons. "There sure is a lot of it this time..." she said to herself.

Suddenly, she stopped in her tracks. "I know just what to do!" Cecile burst out. A plan had formed in her mind and singing lessons would have to wait. Whenever Cecile had a plan, there was no stopping her!

With a smile, Cecile began rolling a BIG ball of snow. She grunted as she finished and the ball landed with a hard thump on the ground below.

After that ball, it was time to make another!

And, after that another! "Yes, that looks perfect..." Cecile said with a nod.

Cecile knew that she would be late for lessons if she didn't leave now. She needed some stuff from home anyway, so with a final smile, Cecile walked the rest of the way to class.

An hour and a half later, Cecile returned and with her, a bunch of supplies!

First went the carrot, then the sunglasses, add the sticks for arms, and the final touch...a scarf!

Cecile looked on happily at the snowgirl she'd made. But, there was something missing...

...a mouth and of course, at hat! Her snowgirl needed a hat as all ladies wear them.

"Magnifique!" Cecile said with a clap of her hands.

The nippy chill in the air made her pull her coat tighter. Cecile was ready to go get some hot chocolate. A perfect way to end her snowy day!

I hope you enjoyed the photostory! We got around 4 inches of snow and I spent a lot of my day outside. It was so much fun!!

A Snowy Day with Rebecca and Felicity!

We got our first snow of the year! It was only an inch, but my dolls were more than happy to go out and play in it!

Rebecca borrowed Samantha's fluffy coat and ventured out into the world of white!

Felicity decided to join her, "Hey Becca, want to go sledding?!" Felicity asked, with a beaming smile.

Rebecca happily got the sled out of the shed and hopped on. "Hold on tight Lissie!" she called.

D..o...w...n....they went!

After sledding they took a walk around the yard.

The snowy bush was so beautiful and so are Felicity's eyes!

Rebecca loves the snow! We hope we get even more this year!

Felicity and Rebecca had a super fun snow day together!
