I just love playing with Kit's hair! Her hair is so easy to care for, but I know it's sometimes hard to come up with cute and interesting hairstyles for her. So, I wanted to share a few of my favorite hairstyles for Kit with you!

Triple Side Braid. Braids are SO fun to do on Kit! For this hairstyle seperate the front of her hair into three sections like your braiding. Braid each small section seperately and secure with a clip or hairband. After you have three small braids unclip or untie each braid, slowly putting the braids next to each other. Make sure to hold the braids tightly as you're doing this. Then, secure the hair with a cute clip. :)

Ponytail Twists. You can do this hairstyle even with short doll hair! First seperate a small section of Kit's hair and twist it tightly. After the hair is twisted, bring the twisted hair into the rest of the hair and secure it with a hairtie.

Pigtail Braids. This is a lot like the ponytail twists, except with a braid. Seperate a small front section of Kit's hair and begin braiding to her ear. While holding the braid tightly, put it with the rest of the hair to make a ponytail, and secure with a hairtie. You can make the ponytails look even cuter with colored ponytail holders. :)

Use Ribbon. I love to use ribbons on my doll's hair, and it's inexpensive too! You can buy ribbon at Craft stores, like Michaels' for only $1.00. For this hairstyle I tied a ribbon on a small side section of Kit's hair. (You can make a small ponytail and secure it with a hairtie first before putting the ribbon on to make it easier.)

Ribbon Headband. This makes Kit look so sweet! Cut a 12-14 inch piece of ribbon and loop it under Kit's neck, bringing the ribbon to the top of her head. Then tie a bow and slide the ribbon to the side of her head. You can have the ribbon match her outfit! :)
I hope you liked the hairstyles for Kit! Remember, you can do these on long haired dolls too.
Have fun styling! :)

Ps~Is there any kind of doll hairstyles you would like me to share next time?
