I am always on the lookout for fun things for my American Girl dolls! Most of the time I find things completely out of the blue. A few days ago we were shopping with my Aunt and Grandma at a warehouse department store called, the Christmas Tree Shop (They actually don't sell Christmas trees though...haha). Well, I was looking around the clearance rack and spotted some cute hat and scarf sets for dogs!
They would look cute on dogs...but even better on my dolls! They were the perfect size!
And, they were only $1.00 each so I thought it was worth seeing if they fit my dolls.
After I took them home, I needed to sew the dog ear holes, but once I did that....
...I tried them on Mia and Kenley! They look so adorable!!!
The red set was for larger dogs (while the black set was a Medium), so it's more slouchy, but I think Mia still looks stylin'!
And, Miss Kenley is looking gorgeous per usual! ;)
This was such an amazing find, I still can't believe they were for dogs! A reminder that if you keep your eyes open, there might be some surprises waiting for you! :)
