Sarah's doll Abbie went to music class and has a fun story for us for From a Friend Friday! Enjoy!
As Abbie walked into Horn Class, she brought what she always did, her mini Taj Mahal and i-phone2 that was given to her. Abbie was often jealous of the violin’s students. They could go up to the 5th floor while Abbie had to practice in the basement. Shish! Most of the class was usually falling asleep.
In her first class, Abbie had made a signal-something to wake up all the class. An out of tone and a high pitched C on her horn. Prrrr! That what it sounded like. As the class came in, Abbie played a high pitched C. Then, when she was asked to, she started playing “Mary had a little lamb”. CAD ACCC AAA DDD DAC CAAAD AC ACD. Yeah! Everyone cried. Not everybody cried “Yeah” to most people in the horn class which made Abbie extra special.
"Am I blushing?" Abbie whispered to her friend Kelly.
"No, you are not blushing. Your horn is blushing," Kelly whispered. "Hey, your horn is blushing!" Abbie hissed.
Then Johnny was up next. The class perked up even those who had been sleeping. Brinnnnng! Woohoo! Everyone cried. Horn class was over for Friday. Abbie again strapped her horn case to her belt which she always did. Some other girls just carried it. Abbie then put her satchel on her shoulders.
Where will I go next? Aha, my fri-daily meeting with Sarah. Sarah was Abbie’s best friend alongside Kelly. Abbie ran to Sarah’s recorder class on the first floor. Abbie saw Sarah across the corridor. I will scare her, Abbie thought. So Abbie crept up to Sarah. "I am a ghost! Boo!"
"Ahhh you did not scare me," Sarah said. "Oh just the right time. I was going to tell our music teacher that my recorder is not blowing right. Could you come with me? "
"Ok," Abbie said. "Race you to his room!" The girls took off with a zoom.
