Julie woke to the sound of her friend's voices. Getting up from her sleeping bag on the floor, she walked quickly to where Rebecca, Cecile, and Abbey were gathered around the table.
"Oooh, I want the chocolate one." Rebecca called.
"You can have that one, but I want the sugar coated." Cecile said.
"And, I want the other chocolate frosted!" Abbey piped up.
"Uh...hi?" Julie said, trying to peek over their shoulders. "What are you guys looking at?"
But, no one answered.
"Hello? CeCe?" Julie tried again, giving her a gentle tap on the back.
But, no one answered.
"HELLO, JULIE IS TALKING TO YOU!!!" she shouted.
Cecile, Rebecca, and Abbey turned their heads.
"Oh hey, Jules!" Abbey said with a wave.
Julie cleared her throat. "Hi...what are you all looking at?"
"Breakfast!" Rebecca said. The girls moved, so Julie could see the excitement.
"Donuts?" Julie gasped. "Oooh! Where are they from?"
"Dolly's Dining Room!" CeCe said. "We're trying to decide which ones to eat. They all look so good!"
"Well, I know which one I want." Julie said and picked up the vanilla frosted sprinkle donut. "These are my favorite!"
The girls all enjoyed their breakfast...
