One of my favorite Christmas traditions is making lots of handmade crafts, including candy canes! My dolls wanted some and today I'm going to show you how to make one for your doll too!
These are so easy and fun! Let's get started!
First you'll need some supplies:
- A pipecleaner
- Red ponybeads
- White ponybeads
- Scissors
- And, a parent/guardian to help you
Once you have all that you need, cut your pipecleaner to about two inches. Then get out those beads!
Bend your pipecleaner into a cane shape. :)
Start stringing a bead onto the cane.
When you put on the first bead, bend the pipecleaner at the top to keep the bead in place.
Do a pattern of red and white, holding tight to the pipecleaner until you reach the end! Secure with another bend of the pipecleaner.
Ta-daaa you're finished, so cute!!
Now you can give it to your doll to decorate with! You could even mix it up by using sparkly beads or the clear ones. :)
