Doll Hairstyle: Zigzag Pigtails!

I absolutely love dressing up a simple hairstyle and this time I went with pigtails! I call these Zigzag Pigtails and they are very easy and so fun for Spring and Summer.

To do this on your doll, first put your dolls hair into two mini pigtails on each side of her head.

Then take one of the pigtails (I started with the right side) and twist. Pull to the other side and gather a small section of hair, then tie off into another pigtail.

Do that to the other side until it looks like an X. :)

Repeat the same two steps again to make the final pigtails.

And, ta-daa! Your doll is now ready for anything! :) You can also make this style even cuter by using different color hairties to give it a rainbow look. 

This is one of Felicity's favorite hairstyles and it would work on any medium to long hair, straight or curly!

Sheeky Violets Doll Dress Giveaway!

Happy Friday!! I'm so happy that it's the weekend soon! Going to be a busy one for me, but I can't wait! I'm also excited to share these adorable doll pictures sent in. I love them, you all are so creative! :)

From Kaitlyn--Here's how to make a DIY Dolly Bun Maker!

 

You will need: 
• a pair of scissors
• an old sock pulled inside out

 

Step 1. Cut about 5 inches off the open end of the sock.

 

Step 2. Start rolling up the end of the sock.

When you are done it should look something like this. Next just put your dolls hair in a pony tail and put the bun maker in and roll her hair into a bun!

McKenna's hair looks amazing with her sock bun!

From Emma-- Felicity got a surprise birthday party on Tuesday…she was so happy! Pretty girl :) That skirt was a present I made her.

 I walked into my bedroom to find my dolls torturing my poor Toby dog. Saige: What to do, what to do next…

 I decided to color in just part of my Anna and Elsa drawing from last week!

 My dolls were all lined up in my hallway for a prom queen judging, and I left them there while I did dishes. When I came back, they were like this. DAAAAAAAADDDDDDDD!!!!!!!! Yes, that is my father for you :D
