One of my silly habits is that I love to doodle hearts on notebook paper. Give me a pen and I'll sit there scribbling away until the entire page is full of hearts! I think it's pretty fun...and, that's what sparked my idea for this doll hairstyle!
I call it the Sweetheart Braided Ponytail! This is way easy and is perfect for anytime you want to give your doll's hair a little love. <3
To do this hairstyle, first put your dolls hair in a half ponytail.
Poke a hole in the top of the ponytail and pull the hair UP through the hole.
Keep going...
Now you should have a pretty twist like shown.
Seperate the hair into two even sections.
Then begin braiding one of the sections.
Secure with a bobbypin to hold in place while you do the other section.
Then while holding the braids tight, secure the rest of the hair with a hairtie.
Add a pretty ribbon or accessory for a finishing touch!
You can add extra bobbypins around the braids to make sure it keeps the "heart" look.
