The day is finally here! American Girl released the BeForever line with lots of new and beautiful historical doll outfits, furniture, matching girl outfits, mini dolls, and accessory sets!
And, of course Samantha has made her grand return! I'm happy to see that American Girl didn't give the Samantha doll any drastic changes too, she's so pretty.
Here are a few of my favorites & thoughts about some of the new items...
Kit's Reporter Dress--LOVE that it's red and has polka dots, yay! This is definitely going on my to buy list.
Rebecca's Outfit--This is already backordered until September and I understand why. Wow, this shade of purple on Becca is amazing!
Addy's School Outfit--Beyond words...seriously, so perfect on Addy!!! I think I hear my Addy begging for this. ;)
Samantha's Fancy Coat Set--Out of all of the new Samantha outfits, her coat is my favorite! And, I have to make note of those boots with the tiny heel that come with her Holiday set. I love how AG did a new historical boot style!
Julie's Outfit--Yay for yellow! I'm a big fan of yellow at the moment and Julie looks so happy wearing it! Gives a very 70s vibe.
Samantha's Ice Cream Parlor--Adorable!! This was such a cool idea! I love the tiny scoops of ice cream. I can't wait to see how others take doll photos with this set and more info on it to see if it's really worth the $300 price.
Samantha's Dog Jip--I have to admit that I laughed a bit at how big and fluffy Jip's legs are, so hilariously cute!
Kit's Typewriter--I'm glad they brought this out again for Kit, but $50...yikes. The old one I believe was only $22. Wonder if there are any differences between them. It's neat anyway, I love typewriters!
Addy's Mini Doll--All the new mini dolls are adorable, including Addy's! I can't believe Rebecca's is already sold out, she sure was a popular one this round. ;)
Julile's Egg Chair--Ok, this is just COOL. I love how you can plug in your iPod and play your music, that is brilliant!
