Julie: Because it's raining!
Ivy: No it's not?
Julie: Well the weather forecast said that it would rain today from 7AM to afternoon, and it's 8AM right now. Weather forecasts never lie! So you might not see the rain..but it's there!
Ivy: Uh huh. Well, do you feel the rain or anything?
Julie: No, that's why I have an umbrella!
Ivy: Well I don't have an umbrella, I don't see rain, I don't feel rain, THERE IS NO RAIN.
