A day of swimming and a backyard bonfire is one of my favorite things to do during the Summer. And a bonfire calls for s'mores! I made some ooey, gooey s'mores for my dolls and I'll show you how to make them too. Let's get started!
First you'll need some supplies:
- Tan Craft Foam
- Brown Craft Foam
- White Craft Foam (I used the 22.8 cm X 30.4 cm thick kind I found at Michael's and other craft stores have them too.)
- Pencil
- Gluestick
- Ruler/Measuring Tape
1. Cut two squares of tan foam, each 1 inch long and high. 2. Use your pencil to draw a line down the middle. 3. Then with the pencil tip, make hole indents in the craft foam. I did the traditional graham cracker pattern of two dots at the top and one in the middle a few times. 4. Now your foam squares look like real graham crackers! 5. Cut out a circle from the white foam a little more than an inch wide. Cut out a square of brown foam an inch wide too. 6. With your gluestick begin making your s'more! 7. I put the brown foam on the bottom, then the white. 8. And you're done!
Yummy!! Now all you need to do is give it to your doll to enjoy...
Mia can't wait to dig into her s'more. :)
I hope you have fun making some s'mores for your doll! If you do, I'd love to see! Feel free to send me a picture to [email protected]
Happy Crafting! :)
