Head Scarves are a fashionable Summer accessory and I love how a messy style can look put together with them! Here's a super easy way you can make a head scarf for your doll completely no-sew. Let's get started!
First you'll need a few supplies:
- Fabric, specifically knit polyester/spandex fabric or you can recycle a t-shirt! It just needs to have stretch to it.
- Scissors
- Measuring Tape or Ruler
1. First measure and cut a piece of fabric 18 inches long and 2 inches wide. 2. Fold the fabric over. 3 & 4. Bring together and tie a knot to make a bitty bow!
Now all you need to do it slip it over your dolls head, and you're finished! I find it easier to tie the head scarf first, but you could tie it around your doll's head too. Either way works!
I loved adjusting it to make different looks! Kenley's dark curly hair goes so well with the fabric print.
