These mini chocolates are sure to brighten up your doll's Valentine's Day! This is a great craft to re-use scraps of felt and the best part is you can decorate them so many ways. I've created a free pattern so you can do it too!
The supplies you need are:
- Brown/White Felt
- Scissors
- Poly-fil/Cotton Balls
- Sewing Needle & Thread
- Puffy Paint/Regular Paint
- Mini Chocolates Pattern
Click the link or picture above to print it out. (Be sure to download and print at “Actual Size” from a PDF reader like Adobe Reader. If you save & print directly from your browser, it might not print at the right size.)
1. After you print out the pattern, cut it out. Then trace or cut around the felt. 2. Take the larger felt piece and fold the corners together. Use your needle & thread to make two simple stitches. (You could also use glue if you don't want to sew it) 3. Do this to all four corners, until you have a box shape. 4. Stuff with a little bit of poly-fil.5. Cover the poly-fil with the other piece of felt and sew around it or glue. 6. Decorate the chocolate with paint or other little pieces of extra felt...and you're done!!
Use mini cupcake/candy liners for a realistic look! :)
I hope you have fun making these for your doll! If you do, I'd LOVE to see. Feel free to send a picture to [email protected]
Happy Crafting!! :)
