The 4th of July is right around the corner and it's time to get out the red, white, and blue! I found a mini ceramic pot at Michael's craft store and decided to paint it patriotic. It was so much fun and the perfect size for American Girl dolls!
Want to paint a pot too? Here are the supplies I used:
- Mini Ceramic Pot
- Acrylic Paint (I bought Craft Smart brand. Blue is Peacock Blue, Red is metallic instead of acrylic but still worked great, and white is white.)
- White Puffy Paint or 3-D paint
- Paint Brushes
- Mini Flowers (These pretty ones are also from Michaels.)
You can paint it however you like, but I went with red & white stripes, a blue rim, and made white stars with the puffy paint. Let dry and then put the flowers in the pot, so cute!
Kit can't wait to put it outside to decorate the yard.
