Keep your doll cool on these hot Summer days by making her some freezer pops! These have always been a favorite in my family and they are even more fun doll-sized. :)
The ingredients you need are:
- Felt
- Plastic Sandwich Bag
- Poly-Fil Stuffing
- Hot Glue Gun or Fabric Glue
- Scissors
- Pen
- Ruler (optional)
1. Start by cutting your felt 2 and half inches long and an inch wide. You will need two pieces. 2. Glue the edges together, leaving an opening at the top. Put your poly-Fil inside with help of the pen to make sure you can get the stuffing down in there. Seal the top with glue once its all stuffed. 3. Now that your freezer pop is made, it's time to put it in plastic. Cut the lower right or left corner of the sandwich bag so that one edge and the bottom is sealed. Put the felt inside this, making sure to leave a little bit of the freezer pop peeking up at the top. Glue the other edge of the bag (carefully if using a glue gun) and press firmly. 4. Cut off any excess of the bag, and you're done!
Now you can give it to your doll to enjoy!
I love how realistic they look...yum! This is a great craft to use up felt scraps too.
Samantha has a freezer pop too! Her and Cecile are catching up on all they've been doing lately. :)
If you make a Freezer Pop too, I'd love to see! You can send me a picture to [email protected] or tag me on Instagram @creativedollcrafts
