Your doll can cheer on the USA Olympic teams by waving her own American flag! I made it completely out of popsicle sticks and it was quick, easy, and fun--the best kind of craft. :)
The supplies you need are:
- 7 Popsicle Sticks
- Red Paint
- White Paint
- Blue Paint
- Paintbrushes
- Hot Glue Gun
- Star Stickers
1. Start by hot gluing five popsicle sticks together to be the flag. Then glue one popsicle stick near the middle of another to be the handle. 2. Glue the flag part to the handle. 3. Paint the popsicle sticks to look like the American flag. 4. Let dry, then put mini star stickers on the left side corner. And, you're done!!
I used sticky dots so that Mia could hold the flag and wave it for all to see!!
If you live in a different country, you can do the same popsicle stick technique but paint your own flag onto it. :)
