Gobble, gobble! This turkey bun hairstyle will bring lots of laughs on Thanksgiving day. It's super easy and looks so cute on American Girl dolls (and you could even match too!).
What you need to make this hairstyle is: five feathers, two googly eyes, orange felt, red felt, orange pipe cleaner, three bobbypins, and a hot glue gun.
Once you have all the supplies, first create a bun in the middle of your doll's head. Poke the feathers at the top of the bun. Then, glue the googly eyes on the back tips of two bobby pins. Let dry and stick the pins in the bun. Cut a beak out of orange felt and a turkey snood out of red felt. Glue the snood to the beak, then glue the beak to a bobby pin. Stick the pin in the middle of the bun. Finally, cut the pipe cleaner into fourths and cross one pipe cleaner over another and twist to make a cross. Stick the turkey feet into the bottom of the bun. And, you're done!!
Now your doll has a silly hairstyle for Thanksgiving! ;)
