Last Saturday October 29th was the Grand Opening of American Girl Shop-In-Shops at Toys "R" Us stores! Yes, you can now buy Truly Me and Wellie Wishers dolls & items there! 97 stores in the U.S. were selected. You can check to see if your local store has them on the Toys "R" Us website, here. The store close to me in Kentucky has American Girl, so I went to see it! I have lots of pictures to share with you too. :)
It was very cool to see AG dolls outside of an American Girl store...wow! Not every Truly Me doll was there, but they still had a good selection of dolls.
Everything was set up nicely and I LOVED the kitchen!!
The mix and match clothing is beautiful in person, especially the cat shirt!
There is a new exclusive scooter only sold at Toys "R" Us! It is $39.99 and super cute!! :)
All of the Truly Me pets were there!
Another big piece available was the Camper.
The color of this ballet outfit is gorgeous!!
Along with the Merry Magenta outfit, they had Joyful Jewels Outfit from last year instead of the Golden Sparkle Outfit.
As you can see, they had all of the items below the glass cases for easy shopping. Some of the bigger sets, like the kitchen, you had to ask for assistance.

I'm very happy to now have American Girl in Kentucky! It's not exactly like the American Girl store and if you can go to one of them, I definitely recommend it. But, these Toys "R" Us Shop-In-Shops are a great way for girls to shop AG if they don't live close by an American Girl Store. I love it!!
