Rebecca being the actress she is, decided to dress up as one of her favorite childrens authors, Beatrix Potter! I had a lot of fun with this photoshoot on this beautiful sunny day.

Beatrix Potter was a writer, illustrator, and conservationist. She is best remembered for her best-selling children's books that combined her love for both animals and the English countryside. In her 20s she sought to try and get her book and drawings published. Her initial attempts proved unsuccessful, but she persevered and eventually it was taken on by Frederick Warne & Company. Her first book, The Tale of Peter Rabbit, was published in 1902, when Beatrix was 36. She went on to publish 22 more beautiful books in her lifetime that are still enjoyed by children today and cherished by many!
Beatrix has inspired me with her brilliant creativity and to never give up on your dreams even when other people don't think you will succeed. Do what you love, work hard, and be happy! That is what matters most. :)
