Happy Summer! With July right around the corner, it's time for a patriotic craft! This wooden sign is a great way to give your doll house a little red, white, and blue. I'll show you how to make one too, let's get started...
The supplies you need are:
- A Mini Wooden Sign
- Patriotic Crepe Paper Streamers
- White Paint
- Blue Paint
- Paintbrushes
- Scissors
- Glue
(***I found the sign at Michaels in the wood section and paint colors are Craft Smart Bright Blue & White. The streamers are from Walmart.***)
1. Start by cutting off a piece of the streamer. 2. Then cut down each indivual color, to make mini streamers! I cut six, two of each color. 3. Paint your wooden sign blue. Let dry, and paint on a star. 4. Glue the streamers on the back of the sign, so they are hanging down. And, you're done!!
Now your doll has a beautiful patriotic decoration just her size! I love how this can be used in a doll house or as a photo prop. :)
Kit is ready to celebrate the 4th of July!
