Willa's Adventure At The Lake!

Willa came along on my trip to Tennessee and she had a little adventure! We stopped at Cumberland Mountain State Park and it was amazing. They had a lake, hiking trails, restaurant, and gorgeous scenery. I snapped a few pictures of her and it was a lot of fun!

Willa loved walking around, witnessing all of the beauty of nature.

She also met some animal friends! (Funny story about this duck...it would not leave Willa alone! Everywhere I went, the duck would follow and stare at Willa curiously. It was hilarious! Especially since she's the nature/animal girl.)

When geese photobomb... (Unlike the duck, they couldn't care less about Willa or me. haha)

I LOVED this bridge and the way it reflected off the water. 

 

Willa took one last look at the lake before we left. She had a great time!

From Melissa--Happy Comic Con! My dolls are celebrating and shopping. We have Grace showing her Harry Potter love while she buys up some Star Wars collectables. We have Shinobu showing her Marvel love. And we have Julie and Octavia running the booth.

I also got a new doll! Her name is Jyn like from Star Wars.

American Girl Review: Kit's Play Dress!

Kit's Play Dress has been on my wishlist since it came out and I finally bought it at the American Girl store last weekend! Kit was happy to have a new outfit and it looks so pretty on her too. :)

Along with the dress, the outfit comes with an adorable hat, long socks, and tan shoes. I love the sweet bow at the back of the hat.

The blue floral print is very light weight and perfect for Summer! It goes really well with Kit's blue eyes. She looks very classy! 

I definitely recommend this outfit and think it is a great addition to Kit's collection. It's one of my new favorites! She'll be wearing it for quite awhile I think. ;)
