American Girl Crafts Scrap & Stuff Mini Books!

The other day I was at Michael's Craft Store and like I always do, I browsed the American Girl Crafts section! There were some new crafts for Saige that caught my eye and also a new line AG is doing called, Scrap and Stuff!

The Scrap & Stuff kits are $9.99 and there are three different ones, Me & My Friends,My Life, and School Stuff. They are like journals/scrapbooks that you can write in, draw in, and decorate!

What's even better is that they come in...doll-sized!! The mini scrap and stuff kit is also $9.99, but there was a 40% off sale for AG items, so I got a deal!

Felicity was so excited to open it up!

It comes with some adorable stickers too!

When she got it open, Felicity took some time to write...

She's writing her favorite books! Some pages have specific things you can help your doll write about, like About Me, My Pets, My Favorite Books, Places I'd Go... fun stuff like that. :)

Lots of great books on there!

Here's some other bright & colorful pages! Felicity and I used an AG catalog to cut out a picture of coconut!

Felicity LOVES her books! I totally recommend this set, it's so cool! I think it'd be fun to have the girl-sized versions too! :)

Shout-Out Your Doll Site...with Girls of Many Lands Doll Cecile!

~ One of my favorite things to do when I'm not working on my own website, is to look at other girls' doll blogs and websites! I love seeing what fun things other girls are doing with their doll(s)! When I was outside taking pictures of my Cecile American Girl Doll...my other Cecile wanted some attention too! Cecile is a Girls of Many Lands doll that was made by American Girl back in 2002 (and I found her at Goodwill). She usually stands on my bookshelf, but I thought it would be fun to take a few pictures of her!

She's around 9 inches tall, so a tad bigger than the Mini Dolls. Girls of Many Lands were a collection of eight dolls that were 12 years old and lived in a different time period in different places around the world. I wish American Girl still sold these dolls, they are so pretty!

From a Friend Friday: Oct. 5th!

I hope you all had a great first week of October! The leaves are already changing color here in Kentucky and they are so pretty!

I had a lot of fun seeing the pictures you all sent in this week too, and I'm excited to share them today!

Sarah's doll Abbie had a fun day playing with Kelly (her friends' American Girl Doll).

Madi's dolls Caroline and Julie enjoy a gorgeous Fall day outside with their dog Honey.

In the corner is her wooden reading buddy, who needs a name. Any suggestions? On the bookshelf are all of her AG books!

Callie found all of these great doll finds at her local Dollar General! She found: A cute garbage can, Laundry basket, Grocery basket, and 4 fruit erasers all around $1 and perfect for dolls!

Lauren had some luck too and found these two American Girl Books, the American Girls Club Handbook and Isabel Girls of Many Lands book!

And, Lauren also had a HUGE find!! She found this retired Girl of Today American Girl doll at Goodwill and got her for only $3! Wow, congrats Lauren!

AGcat made her first stop-motion with her dolls! It is so cute!! You can watch her Youtube video above. :)
